Move-in weekend at Cal State Monterey Bay is a blast. When you arrive, you’ll find a crew of faculty, staff, and student volunteers ready to help you move into your room – we’ll even help carry your stuff! After getting settled, head out and attend our Otter Days events.

We want to make sure you get started off on the right foot, so to help you get acclimated to university life we have planned an exciting week called Otter Days! During Otter Days you’ll learn your way around campus and the local area, meet new friends and get the resources you need for a successful Cal State Monterey Bay experience.

Join other new students for fun events like the Vision Showcase, concerts, comedy night, ice cream social, tours of the Monterey Peninsula, the President’s Welcome BBQ and much more!
