2020-21 Degree Pathways

For majors that have multiple concentrations, each concentration has a separate pathway. These sample pathways are show typical course sequencing. Your Academic Advisor will help you adapt the pathways to your own unique situation. Major courses often have prerequisites, and the order shown in these pathways shows the correct sequencing based on course prerequisites.

NOTE: These are for students who started at CSUMB in Fall 2020 or Spring 2021.

4-year Pathways for Freshmen

Lower-Division General Education courses can be taken in any order, except that all students should complete GE Areas A1, A2, A3, and B4 by the end of their third semester.
