The CSUMB College of Business Capstone Festival, held on December 14th, 2023, was a fantastic showcase of the talents and achievements of seniors of the Business Administration program and Sustainable Hospitality Management program. Senior students demonstrated their hard work and accumulated knowledge by sharing their experiences as consultants for various local businesses. Among the represented companies were Baker's Bacon, John's Jewelers, Miranda Envios, Mando Surf Company, Folktale Winery & Vineyards, and Odonata Wines.

Their ability to apply theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios showed strategic thinking and a practical approach to problem-solving. The professionalism displayed during the presentations set a high standard for the upcoming seniors who will soon be presenting their Capstone projects. The breadth of industries covered reflected the comprehensive education provided by the College.

The Capstone Festival isn't just a platform for students to exhibit their achievements; it also inspires the next class of seniors. The presentations exemplified the College of Business's commitment to it's Mission to "developing responsible and workforce-ready business graduates."
