Housing:
A unique benefit is, The Corporation offers access to affordable employee housing in our East Campus neighborhoods (Schoonover Park), and your commute to work on the main campus takes just 5 minutes. The housing program is managed by the Greystar Company.
Healthcare:
The University Corporation offers a generous total compensation package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, with low employee premiums.
Retirement:
The Corporation’s 403(b) Retirement Plan provides a 10% employer contribution, with a six-month waiting period and immediate vesting upon eligibility.
Time Off:
The Corporation normally observes thirteen full-day holidays per year, and each employee is entitled to one personal holiday. Sick time is accrued at 8 hours per month worked. Vacation accrual rates are based on position classification and years of service. Upon hire, staff accrues vacation at ten days per year, and management accrues vacation at 24 days per year.

What is required to apply?

What is the difference between a minimum qualification and a preferred qualification?
A minimum qualification is required to qualify for a position. Your application will not move forward in the process if you do not meet the listed requirements. Preferred (or desired) qualifications are not necessary to qualify for a position but may be considered during the selection process.
