2023-2024 Aid Year
Starting in the aid year 2023-2024, verification and other financial aid documents can be submitted online via CSUMB Student Forms.
First-time users must complete a one-time account creation process. You will be asked for basic information to validate your identity so an electronic signature can be used on financial aid forms. Please ensure your first name, last name, date of birth, and social security number match exactly what you provided on your FAFSA/CADAA:
- Go to CSUMB Student Forms
- Click ‘Create Account’ link
- Enter/confirm your student information
- Click ‘Create Account’ button and log in
If you received Error Code 1010, please compare your log in information with what was provided on your FAFSA/CADAA.
If you do not see any action items on CSUMB Student Forms, please contact the Financial Aid Office.
Important: If you also received a Financial Aid Identification item on your OASIS “To Do List,” you must complete that identification requirement before you can log in to CSUMB Student Forms. To view your “To Do List”:
- Log in to csumb.edu. From your Dashboard, click on OASIS
- In OASIS, navigate to Main Menu > Self–Service> Student Center
- Your “To Do List” is located on the right-hand side of the Student Center Page
Documentation Processing
Documents are processed in the order received. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing from the date your completed documents are received. During the peak period from March to August, processing can take up to 5 weeks.
CSUMB School Code: 032603
If you have any issues with CSUMB Student Forms or would like alternate options to submit your financial aid documents, please please attend a Financial Aid Drop-In Counseling session on Zoom or contact us at financial_aid@csumb.edu.
