- How soon can a student meet with their academic advisor?
- Students will be able to have a meeting with their advisor on orientation day. They are advised to meet with their counselor once a semester to ensure they are on the right track.
- Do you offer summer classes?
- Yes, CSUMB offers summer and winter semesters. Both semesters are shorter than Spring and Fall semesters.
- When will we know the final amount to be paid for the semester?
- Financial Aid funds are disbursed to students' accounts during the first two weeks of the semester. Disbursement will only happen if the student has a complete file. If you would like to learn more, please visit their website.

- What services are offered at the Campus Health Center, and what times are appointments available?
- The Campus Health Center (CHC) provides urgent, primary, and diagnostic care and referral services to the CSUMB community. The CHC's staff of medical professionals is dedicated to meeting patient needs and promoting wellness and independence. The CHC is open for in-person and TeleMedicine appointments. An online appointment scheduler is also available.

- Is there a way for students to access regular therapy on campus through groups or individual support?
- Group or individual support and therapy can be accessed through Personal Growth and Health Center (PGCC).

- If a student has severe mental health problems (S.H.), will a supporter/family be notified?
- Students are advised to set up an emergency contact phone number on their OASIS accounts by doing so; if there is an emergency, the family/supporter will be contacted.

- How does a student request disability accommodations?
- For disability accommodations, schedule a meeting with Student Disability and Accessibility Center (SDAC).

- Is it possible to switch from a triple to a double room now?
- Room Change Requests open three weeks after the semester begins and close six weeks before the end of the semester. There is a $50 fee that will be assessed for all room changes. For more information, visit the Student Housing and Residential Life webpage.
- What cooking appliances will they need?

- What are the room measurements of East Campus?
- We do not have measurements for east campus dorms; however, we do have a 360 tour.
- Is it possible to switch from a triple to a double room now?

- If I purchase 100 meals and by the end of the year, they are not all used. Do they roll over to the next year?
- All unused Fall Voluntary Meal Plan tenders can only roll over to spring if and only if one has a Spring Voluntary Meal Plan on file, but all will expire at the end of the Spring Semester. If you would like to learn more, please visit their website.
- What's the latest my student can get food on campus?
- What if I am not in the MyRaft system yet?
- Did you pay your $100 Enrollment Confirmation Fee? Once paid, it will take 24-48 hours for your account will be created in the MyRaft system. Here is the Admissions webpage with instructions on confirming your enrollment and paying the Enrollment Confirmation Fee.

- If you want to change your Orientation registration (update/remove guest, orientation date, personal information, etc.), please email the orientation team at orientation@csumb.edu.
- What if I am unable to attend Orientation? What options are available to receive the information?
- We understand that you are unable to attend in-person Orientation. You will have access to an online self-guided Orientation module in June/July. If you have any specific questions about your transition to campus, please contact our office, and you can find their website here.
- How do I submit my photo for my OtterCard?
- Once you have paid your Enrollment Confirmation Fee, check your personal email account for a message providing access to your photo upload portal link. From there, you can upload the photo of your choice for your OtterCard. You will receive your OtterCard at your New Student Orientation. For more information about your OtterCard, visit the Campus Service Center website.
