The 16th Annual Greater Vision was a hybrid event. The live webinar had a combined online and in-person viewing audience of over 200 students, faculty, staff, community members, and employers.
The webinar was followed by the in-person Cultivating Talent & Harvesting Leaders Career Fair where students from all majors at CSUMB and area community colleges networked with 25 employers from the region's agribusiness industry.

Greater Vision 2022 to focus in on perishable supply chain management (CSUMB News)
The NEW Agribusiness Supply Chain Management Degree Program is in development now by a committee of Ag Industry expert advisors led by the College of Business at CSU Monterey Bay.
“Our goal is to develop a talent pipeline that meets critical industry supply chain needs. We are currently in the curriculum process and completing our fundraising this year [2022] for the ASCM endowment. We have plans for conducting the search for the ASCM Executive Director in 2023 and launching the program as early as Fall 2024.”
