Throughout this year, the Pearls of Wisdom program has provided weekly learning opportunities built on professional development and the CSUMB values outlined in the University Strategic Plan. For November, we will focus on the value of Service and Civic Engagement.

Service and civic engagement are essential components of staff development in higher education.
