Interfolio
What is Interfolio?
Interfolio provides an electronic process for faculty to submit their Retention, Tenure, and Promotion (RTP) files for review. This application is comprised of two (2) different modules for faculty: Dossier (personal) and California State University-Monterey Bay (reviewer). The application is accessed through Single-Sign-On from the CSUMB Dashboard. Campus resources for Interfolio can be found in the Related Documents area of this page. Dossier (Personal)
Dossier is a self-managed repository for all items a faculty member wishes to store for future reference. Faculty may upload all common types of document files and media on this platform. Dossier also provides the option to download a compilation of all online items into a ZIP file for the faculty member. The storage capacity is unlimited, but the upload capacity is 100MB. If a faculty member needs to upload a file larger than 100MB, please contact Interfolio for assistance. Please note that this section is only accessible to the individual faculty member and Interfolio. If an issue arises in this module, please contact Interfolio for assistance.
California State University-Monterey Bay (Reviewer)
California State University-Monterey Bay is the committee review module for portfolio review. This module will include the portfolios for all faculty members who have selected to use Interfolio as their submission method. Instead of reviewing hard copies of binders at Human Resources or the Library, reviewers will access the uploaded materials through this module. **Please note that course evaluations must still be reviewed at Tide Hall.** Recommendations from the committees will be uploaded through this module and faculty employees will receive notifications when these files are available for viewing.
