High school and secondary school transcripts
During application process, scan and email your final or in-progress high school or secondary school transcript as soon as possible. This transcript is considered unofficial, but we can use it to admit you.
Submit final official transcripts as soon as possible and before the final document deadline. Official transcripts must be sent directly from the original institution to CSUMB. Transcripts submitted by students are acceptable only if submitted in the original sealed envelope with the school or exam board's stamp on the envelope.

International Baccalaureate (IB diploma)
- External examination results for the IB diploma showing all exams taken and grades earned - sent directly to CSUMB by IB
International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE), O-levels, AS/A-levels
- External examination results for all levels of exams taken, including IGCSE/GCSE/O-Levels, AS-Levels, and A-Levels - sent directly to CSUMB by the appropriate exam board (CIE, Edexcel, etc.)
- University-level transfer credit may be awarded for AS-levels and A-levels
- Examination Results (Senior Secondary School Leaving Certificate, Year 12 Certificate) issued by the appropriate state department of education that lists all final examination results - issued in English and sent directly to CSUMB by the appropriate state department of education or submitted by the student in a sealed, stamped envelope
- If you do not yet have exam results, submit your most recent transcript from your secondary school showing all subjects studied and grades earned for each year of study, and then submit exam results once they are available
- External examination results for the Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education - issued in English and sent directly to CSUMB by the Department/Ministry of Education
- Histórico Escolar (academic transcripts) issued by the institution attended in Portuguese - sent directly to CSUMB by the institution attended
- Certificado de 2. Grau or Certificado de Conclusão do Ensino Médio (certificate of secondary school completion/diploma) issued by the Colegio or Ministério da Educação - submitted to CSUMB by the student
- Relevé de notes (academic transcripts) - sent directly to CSUMB by the lycée attended, the Cameroon General Certificate of Education Board, or le Ministère de l’Education Nationale
- Clear, legible photocopy of diploma issued by the institution attended (Diplôme du Baccalauréat, Attestation, General Certificate of Education, or any other secondary school diploma) - photocopy or emailed scan
- Academic transcript (grades 9-12) that lists all subjects taken and grades earned each year - issued in English and sent directly to CSUMB by the Department/Ministry of Education
- Graduation certificate/Diploma issued in English by the institution attended - photocopy or emailed scan
- Academic transcript (grades 10-12) that lists all subjects taken and grades earned each year - issued in English by the high school and sent directly to CSUMB or submitted by the student in a sealed, stamped envelope
- Graduation certificate issued in Chinese and an English translation - photocopies or emailed scans of both
- Examination results (会考, 学业水平测试, 高考, etc.) - request an English language verification report from China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center (CDGDC) or China Higher Education Student Information & Career Center (CHESICC)
- All diplomas or degree certificates indicating all exams taken and grades obtained (Studentereksamensbevis, Højere Forberedelseksamensbevis, Højere Teknisk Eksamen, Højere Handelseksamen, Svendebrev, Uddanelsebevis, Afgangsbevis) - issued in English by your high school and sent directly to CSUMB or submitted by the student in a sealed, stamped envelope
- Word-for-word English translation from your school or any certified translation service for any documents that are not issued in English
- Secondary school leaving certificate indicating all subjects taken and grades obtained (Ammatillinen perustutkintotodistus/ Betyg över yrkesinriktad grundexamen, Lukion päättötodistus/Avgangsbetyg fran gymnasiet, Ylioppilastutkintotidistus/Studentexamenbetyg) - issued in Finnish by your high school and sent directly to CSUMB or submitted by the student in a sealed, stamped envelope

- Graduation certificate from your secondary school listing all exams taken and grades earned (Zeugnis der Allgemeinen Hochschulreife, Zeugnis der Fachhochschulreife, Abschlusszeugnis der Realschule, Abschlusszeugnis der Hauptschule) - issued in German by your high school and sent directly to CSUMB or submitted by the student in a sealed, stamped envelope

If you graduated before 2012
- Examination results for the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) and/or Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (HKALE) - sent directly to CSUMB by the Hong Kong Examinations Authority
If you graduated in or after 2012
- Examination results for the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) - sent directly to CSUMB by the Hong Kong Examinations Authority
- Senior Secondary academic transcript that lists all subjects taken and grades earned each year - issued in English by the high school and sent directly to CSUMB or submitted by the student in a sealed, stamped envelope
- Examination Certificates issued by the appropriate Examination Board, listing all subjects taken and marks earned in examinations in 10th grade and 12th grade (Higher Secondary Certificate, All India Senior School Certificate, Intermediate Public Examination Certificate, Matriculation Examination Certificate, etc.) - sent directly to CSUMB by the Examination Board or attested, dated, sealed in an official envelope, signed or stamped across the back flap by the appropriate authentication officer at the Examination Board, and then submitted to CSUMB by the student
- Clear, legible photocopy of your graduation certificate (Surat Tanda Tamat Belajar Sekolah Menengah Atas, Surat Tanda Tamat Belajar Sekolah Menengah Umum) indicating all exams taken and grades obtained - the school you attended should make a certified copy of your original graduation certificates and place the certified copies in an official sealed, stamped, signed envelope (see image at the top of this webpage for an example). Then you can mail the unopened official sealed envelope to CSUMB.

- Transcripts/Marks sheets from your secondary school showing all subjects taken and grades/marks earned in each year - issued in English by the high school and sent directly to CSUMB or submitted by the student in a sealed, stamped envelope

- Photocopy of the front and back of a scratch card as well as your exam number so that we can verify your WAEC SSCE results online
- Transcript/Graduation Certificate listing all courses and exams taken and grades obtained (Vitnemål Videregående Opplaering , Vitnemål fra den Videregående Skolen, Vitnemål fra Tekniske Skole, Fagbrev, or Kompetansebevis if you have not finished secondary school when you apply) - issued in Norwegian by the high school and sent directly to CSUMB or submitted by the student in a sealed, stamped envelope

- Certificate of examination issued by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (Intermediate Examination Certificate or Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or any other certificate awarded by the Board) - sent directly to CSUMB by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education. Documents must be verified by the Controller of Examinations.
- Mark Sheet/Result Card issued by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education - sent directly to CSUMB by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education. Documents must be verified by the Controller of Examinations.
- NOTE: Attestations from persons outside the Controller of Examination and Registrar's Offices, such as individual professors or external notary publics, will not be accepted.
