Course Reserve Forms

The Online Course Reserve Request Form is for use by CSU Monterey Bay faculty and/or instructors to request library owned items be placed on Course Reserve. You may also list titles you recommend for purchase by the library in support of the course, these titles are reviewed by a librarian subject selector, who will make the purchase decision.

The Course Reserve Item Form is a printable form for use by CSU Monterey Bay faculty and/or instructors to loan personal copies of their required materials to the library to place on Course Reserve.

If you have questions about locating course materials, contact your librarian subject selector or Ask a Librarian.

Faculty:

• If you have personal copies of materials left on the library course reserve that you would like to retrieve, you can pick them up from the library. Contact us via email: library_course_reserve@csumb.edu and we'll have the books ready for you.
