My advisees

Note: If you have students assigned to you they will appear under the My Advisees tab.

Click this button to download your Advisee roster into a file that can be read by spreadsheet applications like Excel. If you need help downloading the excel file visit the Set up your Browser help page.

1) To view data about a student that is not assigned to you click the View Data for Other Students Button.

2) Search for the student by using any of the following criteria: ID, Last Name, or First Name.

3) Click Search, Depending on your search criteria you will either see a list of students matching your criteria. If only one student matched your criteria you will be taken directly to the Student Center Tab.

Student Center

Once you find your student you will be taken to the Student Center Tab. This page contains many advising functions which can be found under the highlighted drop down.

General info

View Student's service indicators, checklists and contact information in detail. If you need more help with the General Info tab, visit the General Info help page.

Transfer credit

View student's course history from other college and universities.

Note: Transfer Students enrolled prior to Fall 2008 will only see lump sum totals of transfer credit in OASIS. Those enrolled for Fall 2008 and later terms will see transfer credit/course details.

Academics

View student's class standing, class schedule, GPA and overall grade statistics. For more help on the Academics page, visit the Academics help page.
