Service Indicators (Holds)
Important note
Faculty Advisors for graduate programs may remove an advising hold (Reason code PROB). All other advising holds are removed by the Student Success Center.
Be sure to check the Registrar's Registration Holds page for up to date information regarding Service Indicators (Holds).
Terms:
Positive Service Indicators do not effect campus services or registration.
Negative Service Indicators effect registration and campus services. A Student is not permitted to register while an active Negative Service Indicator has been placed on their record.
1) On the General Info Screen in Advisor Center click on the Edit Service Indicators button.
Remove advising hold
1) Click on the ADV Code link.
2) Click the Release button.
