JSA Introduction for Staff and Supervisors

At this session Amy Thomas, Director for EHSRM, will help staff, faculty, and supervisors to understand and answer the: “Why?, When?, and How?” of Job Safety Analysis at CSUMB. When a potential hazard is identified, then a Job Safety Analysis (JSA) is the next step to assess, document, and implement appropriate injury prevention and safe practices. Attend to learn the simple steps to prevent injury and illness in our workplace.

Academic Continuity

In higher education, it is important to have academic continuity, as academics play a critical role in the mission of the University. For this session we welcome special guest, Associate Vice Chancellor, Academic Programs, Innovations and Faculty Development, Dr. Alison Wrynn. Dr. Wrynn will be discussing the the key components that go into Academic Continuity, including the challenges and responsibilities. Please join us as we work to bridge the gap between business continuity and academic continuity.
