Laura Otero has over a decade of experience in the field of instructional technology and online education. She has worked in student admissions and support, online education administration, IT training, and staff and faculty development. She earned her B.A. in Communication, her M.S. in Education, and her Ph.D. in Instructional Technology Leadership. She enjoys writing, reading, gardening, and spending time with her family. Her research interests include Artificial Intelligence and higher education, relational leadership, institutional effectiveness, and online teaching and learning.
