About the Test Center
The CSUMB Test Center currently is able to administer classroom exams on behalf of CSUMB instructors for individual and/or small groups of students requiring to take their exam(s) in a separate environment due to accommodations.
These accommodations can include:
- Disability related testing accommodations
- Instructor approved make-ups
- Title IX related accommodations
Test Center Exam Standard Proctor Hours
If you need a proctor outside of our standard hours (say after 5pm) we got you! Just make sure you book your exam at least 1 week in advance.

Test Center Locations
Main Center:
Our primary location is Heron Hall, Room 155
Due to limited staffing, if no exams are scheduled, the center may not be staffed.
Satellite Center:
Satellite spaces are available throughout campus, notably in the Library, on the first floor near the computer lab and next to UROC on the second floor.
- These spaces are only staffed when a test is scheduled and only for the administration of exams
