Abstract: In response to the challenge of engaging faculty in meaningful, institution-level assessment of student learning, California State University Monterey Bay has implemented a model of assessment as reflective faculty engagement. Participants will learn about CSUMB’s approach and its evolution and create strategies for engaging their own faculty in institution-level assessment.
