Transfer Application Deadlines
Please review the program specific pages for information and deadlines regarding Nursing and Computer Science Fully Online Programs.
- August 1 - September 30 Spring application filing period via Cal State Apply with a $70.00 application fee due at time of submission.
- October - Information about Orientation will be sent to all Spring transfers via email in October. Questions? Email orientation@csumb.edu.
- October 2 Housing application early bird deadline.
- October 15 Official College Transcripts from all schools attended - one from each. Transcripts must include Fall courses.
- IF you are a transfer student with less than 60 units, please submit an official high school transcript.
- October 15 Official AP and/or CLEP result due. Send AP Score Report or send CLEP Transcript.
- November 15 Residency forms deadlines. For more information visit Determination of Residency.
- December 31 $100 Enrollment Confirmation Deposit deadline (admitted students only).
- January 10 Official Final Transcripts with degree information (if applicable). College Transcripts must include final Fall grades.
- October 1 to December 16. Fall applications open via Cal State Apply with a $70.00 application fee due at time of submission.
- October 21st. Join us at Open House!
- January 15. Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) application deadline.
- March 15. Official College Transcripts from all schools attended - one from each. Transcripts must include Spring 2024 in-progress courses.
- March 15. Residency forms deadlines. For more information visit Determination of Residency.
- March 15. Official AP and/or CLEP result due. Send AP Score Report or send CLEP Transcript.
- March 30. Applications accepted through March 30th.
- April 2. Financial aid deadline. FAFSA, Cal Grant, DREAM act applications must be submitted for priority consideration. Visit the Financial Aid Office for more information.
- May. Priority deadline for housing applications.
- May 15. $100 Enrollment Confirmation Deposit deadline.
- June (tentative). Attend New Student Otter Orientation.
- July 8. All final official transcripts with degree information (if applicable) are due. Final official transcripts need to show final spring grades.
Missing one of our posted deadlines, may result in your application (and potentially your offer of admission) being rescinded.
Please pay attention to the deadlines and submit all documents and test scores including your College Transcripts, Advanced Placement (AP), CLEP, etc as soon as possible.
