It has been our honor to serve as the lead organizers for Diverse Perspectives, a collaborative newsletter of the Office of Inclusive Excellence and Sustainability. Over the past year, we have supported five editions of Diverse Perspectives. This idea started because we wanted to provide a platform for our campus community to share their perspectives on topics that are important to them. We are grateful that nearly X faculty, staff, students, alumni and community members thought it important enough to lend their voices to our publication. We are excited about what the future will bring and how our campus community will grow. 

We invite our campus community to read previous editions. We also invite our campus community to consider contributing to future editions and serving as guest editors in the future. Our desire is to use this space to build community and to grow closer as a strong community. We are excited about this edition and the reflective sharing of peers. We hope you will be inspired, excited and moved to action by the words and thoughts of our authors.
