Forms and Guidelines for Current Students
CSUMB Academic Standing Policy
The CSUMB Academic Standing Policy establishes guidelines for the matriculation, management, and assessment of student progress toward completion of an academic program. To remain in the program, graduate students must maintain a 3.0 cumulative grade point average (GPA) in all program coursework. In addition, students are required to repeat a graduate-level course if they earn below a "B-".

Student Deadlines
Following the deadlines below helps ensure a timely completion of your graduate degree. If you are unable to meet the recommended deadlines, you will need to submit a deadline extension request - signed by you, your faculty advisor, and Dr. Jennifer Duggan.

PSM Final Evaluation | After 400 hours |
PSM Final Report | End of 4th semester (recommended) |
Apply for Graduation | For Fall graduation: May 31 | For Spring/Summer graduation: October 31 |
