Campus Chaplaincy & Spiritual Support
CSUMB Campus Chaplaincy, a service to students, faculty, and staff of CSUMB, provides pastoral care for individuals and the campus community, interfaith and interdenominational resources, and support to faith-related clubs, programs, and events at CSUMB.
CSUMB Chaplains serve all students, faculty, and staff regardless of religious tradition or denomination.

Career Development
The Career Development Office helps students find full or part-time work while in school, develop job-seeking skills such as resume writing, interviewing techniques, and more. In addition, Career Development helps students choose a major, explore different career paths, and select and apply for graduate school.

Center for Student Success (CSS)
Center for Student Success collaborates across departments to help build an effective and comprehensive student support infrastructure on campus. CSS works closely with all students to ensure their success and provides them with the opportunity for academic coaching, skills development, student success workshops, referral services, and mentoring. The CSS is committed to serving the diverse people of California, especially the working class and low-income populations.

Cooperative Learning Center (CLC)
The Cooperative Learning Center provides one-on-one and small group tutoring to all students in the areas of world languages, mathematics, and statistics, sciences, technology and writing.

CSU Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation (CSU-LSAMP)
The goal of the CSU Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation program is to increase the participation of individuals who face or have faced social, educational, or economic barriers to careers in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM).
The CSUMB LSAMP program focus is on increasing graduate school preparedness and readiness for all LSAMP participants.

Greek Life
Greek Life is a wonderful way to get involved at CSUMB, create lifelong relationships, to give back to our community, and to develop leadership skills. CSUMB Greek Life consists of 14 Greek Letter Organizations (9 Sororities & 6 Fraternities), governed by the Multicultural Greek Council. The MGC aims to live out five pillars: Academics, Leadership, Service, Social Justice, and Support.

National Coalition Building Institute (NCBI) CSUMB Campus Affiliate
The NCBI is a non-profit leadership training organization that works to eliminate prejudice and intergroup conflict in communities throughout the world. NCBI provides an ongoing mechanism for staff, faculty, and students to give an institutional response to racism and other forms of oppression. NCBI has a group of student leaders, administrators, staff, and faculty who act as a "leadership team" that is fully empowered to take on tough campus issues.

The Office of Inclusive Excellence mission is to advance excellence at CSUMB through inclusion and equity. Otter Cross Cultural Center (OC3)
The purpose of the Otter Cross Cultural Center is to provide the space for students to explore their own identities and other cultural identities. It is a safe space for students of all backgrounds. OC3's primary purpose is to promote the campus commitment to multiculturalism and social justice. They provide a multitude of resources, including workshops, multicultural student organization advising, heritage programs, DVDs, books, pamphlets, multimedia materials, and a study/work space!

Undergraduate Research Opportunities Center (UROC)
The UROC is a cross-campus center that trains, supports, and engages students in undergraduate research. UROC students work on relevant and innovative research projects at CSUMB and at regional research institutions. Their work is guided by a research mentor and is supported by extensive training in research proposal writing, presentation skills, communication skills, professionalism, and graduate school preparedness. Students obtain the opportunity to communicate their work to the academic community through presentations and publications. These experiences prepare our students for successful academic or professional careers.

Veteran Student Services & Resource Center
CSUMB works closely with veterans of the Armed Services to provide a seamless transition to higher education at our campus. Veteran Student Services staff provide VA Educational Benefits Certification as well as general admission information and academic counseling assistance to help veteran students achieve their higher education goals.
CSUMB's Veterans Resource Center (VRC) that is a dedicated space for our veteran and military-connected students to build social networks, gain access to support services, study, and relax! Their center offers a quiet study space, a lounge area, computer and WiFi access. The CSUMB Student Veteran Organization also holds their meetings in the VRC.

Child Care Center
The Child Care Center can serve 24 preschool children (36 months to 5 years), 12 early-preschool children (25 months to 35 months), and 12 toddlers (12 months to 24 months). The Center is open year-round except for certain holidays and 3 teacher in-service days.
Members of the CSUMB community who are interested in enrolling their children are encouraged to contact the Center for more information (831 582-4550).
Expectant Parenthood
Students who are pregnant or experiencing related childbirth concerns have certain rights under Title IX. Resources and information can be found on the Student Disability and Accessibility Center (SDAC) webpage.
Lactation Space Access
This page details the process for access to the lactation space available for students, faculty, and staff in the Tanimura & Antle Family Memorial Library. Please note that the space will remain locked. Users will need to follow the process to be granted access.

College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP)
CAMP empowers first-generation, migrant and students of farmworker backgrounds to navigate cultural, economic, social, and institutional barriers, to succeed in their first year of college and beyond.

Educational Opportunity Program (EOP)
Educational Opportunity Program was established through state legislation in 1969 to identify and admit students who have potential to succeed at California State University campuses, but who have not achieved higher education goals because of economic and/or educational background. To foster the academic development and retention of students, EOP provides intensive services in the first year for entering freshman, an orientation for entering transferring students, and support services for all continuing students through graduation. The program is comprised of many different components plus eligible EOP students receive an EOP financial grant.

The Guardian Scholars program is committed to supporting students who have a foster youth background. CSUMB recognizes that former foster youth often have overcome more obstacles, have less support, and fewer resources than most entering students.

TRiO Student Support Services (SSS STEM/Health Sciences Program)
The CSUMB SSS STEM/Health Sciences project focuses on students in the STEM majors, as well as CHHS and KIN. The program will provide students the same guidance, support, and services as the regular SSS program, but will also connect participants to faculty advisors, research opportunities, and other programming oriented toward their majors.
