CSUMB supports electric vehicle (EV) drivers with EV charging stations on campus. EVs help the campus reach its goal to reduce vehicle-related greenhouse gas emissions.
Electric Vehicle Charging Stations
“Top Off” your battery at four Level 2 outlets available at Parking Lot 59. To get started, all that is needed is a CSUMB parking permit, ChargePoint account, and your vehicle!
On-Campus Stations
- Parking Lot 59 located on A Street between 7th and 8th Avenue.
- There are four dual port Level 2 charging stations with 8 parking spaces.
- Charging stations are ChargePoint 240V/30A with J1772 connectors.
- When parked at the EV parking spaces, you will require a permit.
Spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Remember to charge with respect. Charge up and allow others to use the station.
