Living Learning Programs
Living Learning Programs at CSUMB are communities where students of similar interests and/or academic studies live together and participate in intentional learning about their chosen program as a collective. Within a community, students are actively engaged in programs like field trips, dialogue groups, faculty dinners, and increased exposure to opportunities on and off campus.

Area Councils
Due to COVID-19 only the East Campus Area Council will be meeting for the 2020-2021 Academic Year.
Each of the housing areas has an Area Council. AC is the governing body for that particular housing community. By joining an AC you can help shape your community by discussing a wide variety of issues or community concerns, in addition to organizing and promoting numerous activities throughout the year. Every AC is a member of the Residential Housing Association.
Residential Housing Association
Due to COVID-19 the Residential Housing Association will not be meeting for the 2020-2021 Academic Year
Student Housing & Residential Life provides students with opportunities to enhance their student experience through leadership and involvement— from their first semester to their last. The Residential Housing Association (RHA) is a student-led programming and advocacy board that strives to make CSUMB an inclusive place to call home. Through RHA, students can get involved with their area councils, run for elected positions, and play a part in hosting traditional CSUMB events such as Eggs After Dark and Open Mic Nights.
Peer Conduct Review Board
Due to COVID-19 the Peer Conduct Review Board will not be meeting for the 2020-2021 Academic Year
The purpose of the Peer Conduct Review Board is to uphold community living standards and expectations with students who live on campus within student housing through the process of peer review. Student board members will review minor incidents of misconduct and recommend sanctions which will address inappropriate behavior. The Conduct Coordinator Community Director will advise the board.
National Residence Hall Honorary
Due to COVID-19 the National Residence Hall Honorary will not be meeting for the 2020-2021 Academic Year
The National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH) is comprised of the top 1% of students with the highest GPA's living on campus! The purpose of the organization is to recognize students, faculty, and staff on campus! Through recognition, we encourage development and a commitment to leadership!
Student Engagement & Leadership Development
Student Engagement & Leadership Development (SE&LD) serves as a catalyst in the development of a dynamic and diverse university community that facilitates intentional student engagement opportunities locally, regionally and nationally. SE&LD has a lot of different organizations and opportunities to get involved on campus as well.
